Do you remember your youth, when movies were simple, you didn’t have to remember who was who, you knew who was bad and bad and you knew who was doing the right thing?

Every character didn’t have an existential crisis, there was no break ups and broken hearts, it was all falling in love, and it was all smiles and happily ever after, there was no need for remixed songs and cover versions of the classics. Where movies were made by Disney, the Genie from Aladdin was the funniest guy ever, the crab in the little Mermaid had the coolest voice you had heard, and songs in movies were jaunty show tunes. Well I say it is time to bring it back! To much time has been spent on re workings of the Beatles, to many times have we seen bands write sound tracks that sucked, why not make more crackers like this one:

Now I am not a cat person, I don’t trust them. I don’t like how the lick themselves all over, and I certainly didn’t like when I got scratched on the face by one as an 8 year old for patting it. However this song makes it all ok. It shits all over your new age Disney movies, Moulin Rouges and certainly over High School musical. So there you have it: This weeks bringing it back is Disney songs that really 'know where it’s at.'
