Orestes 2.0 adapts the ancient Greek myth surrounding the murder of Clytemnestra by her son, Orestes. It is set 6 days after the murder, as Orestes (Guy Edmonds) awaits his fate with his sister Electra (Annie Maynard). It is certain death, but the method has not been decided. From there, the story twists and turns, yells and screams; leaving the viewer gasping for breath (and a glass of wine) by interval. It opens upon a broken and burned bed, Orestes lying on it, twitching from the nightmares he has as The Furies (deities of vengeance) track him down and punish him for his misdeed.
